Steve Crosetti owns and operates MoJoBella Fly Fishing®.  Steve, also known as “CRO,” grew up in the Bay Area and moved to Redding with his young family in 2004.  For the past 17 years, Steve has been teaching and guiding throughout Northern California.  He’s a certified fly casting instructor with Fly Fishers International and guides at HooDoo Lodge in Alaska in summer.

Dennis Franco, also known as “Popeye,” has been a guide for more than 30 years, covering California, Alaska, and beyond. With a wealth of experience, he’s a seasoned professional.  Popeye spent 29 years as a guide with the Fly Shop and was certified as a casting instructor by Mel Krieger.  He has been part of HooDoo Lodge in Alaska since its beginning.

Guide Experience: 34 years | Rivers Guided: Sacramento, Klamath, Trinity, Alaska and everywhere else.

 

Joe Vasquez stands out as the most experienced guide on various waters with more than 30 years of guiding experience, Throughout the year, you’ll find Joe on the Lower American, Lower Yuba, and Lower Feather, Sacramento,  and Klamath  rivers. He has also spent summers guiding at HooDoo Lodge in Alaska. Joe takes pride in being a teacher, holding certification as a FFF Casting Instructor.

Nick Stetser, a native of Northern California, brings over 10 years of fishing and guiding experience.  Alongside his love for angling, he has spent the past 17 years serving with Cal Fire, enhancing his understanding of Northern California. Nick’s unmatched familiarity with the area and effortless navigation make him a reliable guide recognized for his patience and kindness.

Logan Kuni, a Northern California native, began his guiding career with genuine care, ensuring guests enjoy an incredible experience.  Guiding and instructing became his passion early on,  Introduced to fly fishing by his dad, a dedicated guide, Kuni finds joy in connecting with nature and people. Influenced by his grandfather’s 25-year legacy as a fishing guide he really enjoys witnessing others share in the joy fly fishing brings.
