If You Need To Cancel
If you cancel outside of 30 days prior to your trip, then your payment is fully refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of your trip, your deposit will be forfeited. Within 72 hours, you are responsible for 100% of the balance of your trip. There will be no rescheduling options within that time frame.
If You Need To Reschedule
We are happy to accommodate rescheduling inquiries within reason. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule your trip.
If There Is Bad Weather
Northern California weather can be unpredictable and change rapidly. If we have to cancel your trip due to weather, you will receive a full refund.
